Daniela Bosshardt

Daniela Bosshardt joined the Board of Barry Callebaut in 2025. 

She is currently Chair of the Board of RepRisk AG, a leading data science company based in Zurich. She has held numerous board and leadership roles across the Swiss healthcare, finance, and technology sectors, including Chair of the Board of Galenica AG and board positions at Vifor Pharma AG, Nobel Biocare AG, and other non-listed companies. Daniela also serves on the boards of EGS Beteiligungen AG and several foundations, including the ETH Zurich Foundation and the Volkart Foundation. 


With a background as a pharmacist and financial analyst, Daniela began her career in pharmacies before moving into financial analysis roles at Bellevue Group and M2 Capital Management. She later founded Bosshardt Consulting, specializing in business development and financial analysis. Daniela has chaired or served on numerous board committees, including remuneration, audit, nomination, and investment committees. 

Daniela holds a Swiss Federal Diploma in Pharmacy from ETH Zurich.
